2. Consultations, Scheduling & No-Shows

Scheduling

Consultations and meetings may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of consultations or site visits. Late cancellations may result in a fee at our discretion.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may be required to prepay for future consultations or may be declined future scheduling.

3. Pricing & Payments

Project pricing is based on scope, materials, labor, and contractual terms. Estimates are subject to change until formally agreed upon in writing.

Payment terms, schedules, and deposits will be outlined in individual project agreements.

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

4. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of construction and consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or services have been rendered.

Any refund considerations are governed by the specific terms outlined in the signed project agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities & Site Safety

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding:

Property ownership and access

Permits, approvals, and disclosures

Site conditions, hazards, or restrictions

RiverEdge Solutions reserves the right to pause or decline work if site conditions pose a safety risk or violate applicable laws or regulations.

6. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission

Attempt to disrupt site functionality or security

Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiverEdge Solutions shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by permitting, inspections, or third-party vendors

Changes in material availability or pricing

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the terms set forth in the applicable project agreement.
